Culinary AI provides personalized meal planning services based on individual dietary preferences and cuisine choices. This service includes generating meal plans, providing recipes, and enabling the saving of favorite recipes for later access.
Upon first use, users must set their dietary preferences and may optionally select cuisine preferences. Users are required to consent to essential tracking, necessary for the functionality of the app. Functional tracking, which enhances user experience, is optional and can be managed in settings.
An anonymous user account is automatically created, storing information such as device type, preferences, and registration date.
Essential Tracking: Essential tracking data is collected to enable basic functionalities of the app. This includes storing user preferences, dietary restrictions, cuisine preferences, nickname, meal plan requests, push notification tokens and similar. This data is mandatory for app operation and cannot be opted out by the user.
Functional Tracking: Culinary AI collects data on user behavior within the app. This data is used exclusively to enhance user experience, optimize app performance, and identify areas for improvement. It includes, but is not limited to, tracking user interactions within the app, collecting crash analytics, and analyzing usage patterns. This information is collected with user consent and can be opted out of in the app settings.
All data collected by Culinary AI is stored securely on remote servers and is not shared with any third parties for advertising purposes. We maintain security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access.
Users may submit images related to recipes. Submitted images may replace AI-generated images if they meet quality standards and will be attributed to the user by nickname only.
Users are encouraged to submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, and other content (collectively, "User Submissions") through the app. By submitting such content, users agree that all intellectual property rights, and any other rights, in the User Submissions will be owned by Culinary AI. This includes the exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and incorporate into any form, medium, or technology throughout the world without compensation to the user.
Culinary AI is under no obligation to use or respond to any User Submissions. However, Culinary AI may use such User Submissions to improve the app or develop new features, at its sole discretion.
All content provided by Culinary AI, excluding user submissions, is the intellectual property of Culinary AI and its licensors. This content includes but is not limited to the text, graphics, user interface, and software used within the app. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works from this content without express written permission from Culinary AI is strictly prohibited.
Culinary AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Culinary AI makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or reliability of the app's content or services. We are not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or reliance on the information provided in the app.
Culinary AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the app or via a notice on our website. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
